Associate, CLO Operations

Collaborate with the investment team to evaluate opportunities for post-reinvestment CLOs. Develop optimization tools in conjunction with the software development team. Provide timely and accurate data to investor relations and marketing teams for questionnaires and presentations. Maintain projection models for waterfalls and equity distributions. Understand and interpret requirements outlined in CLO Indentures, including ratings definitions, compliance tests definitions, and reporting procedures.

Salary is $130,000. Requirements: Master’s degree in Economics or Finance. Two years of experience as an Analyst or Associate specializing in CLOs. Experience with CLO compliance tests, hypothetical trade testing, tracking and closing CLO warehouses. Experience reconciling monthly reports and waterfalls with multiple CLO trustees. Experience handling bank loans, including cash and position reconciliations, across multiple CLOs.
